Ingredients
Scale
Main Ingredients
- 1 tube crescent rolls (8 ounces)
- 4 oz brie cheese
- ⅓ cup homemade cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit to prepare for baking the cranberry brie bites.
- Prepare Dough: Unroll the crescent rolls and gently press the seams together to create a single sheet of dough. Cut the dough into 18 rectangles.
- Line Muffin Tin: Place each rectangle into a cup of a mini muffin tin. It’s okay if the dough doesn’t go all the way up the sides of the cups.
- Add Cheese: Cut the brie into 18 small pieces. Place one piece of brie into each dough-lined muffin cup.
- Top with Sauce: Spoon about a teaspoon of homemade cranberry sauce on top of each piece of brie.
- Bake: Bake for 12 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese and cranberry sauce are bubbly.
- Serve Warm: Immediately remove the bites from the muffin tin and serve warm for the best flavor and texture.
Notes
- Use homemade cranberry sauce for the best flavor, or substitute with your favorite store-bought version.
- Make sure to press the crescent roll seams well to prevent the bites from opening during baking.
- Serve these bites warm for the perfect melty brie texture combined with sweet cranberry topping.
- These bites are great for holiday parties, gatherings, or an easy date night appetizer.
