- ½ tsp minced garlic
- 2 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup milk
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Prep the Chicken: Mix garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Rub on chicken breasts. Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove, slice into bite-sized pieces.
